Step inside to an open-concept main floor with a fully equipped kitchen (quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, blender, crockpot, electric kettle), a dining area that seats the whole group, and a living room anchored by a wood-burning stone fireplace. The reading nook beside the fireplace is stocked with books and is the kind of spot you don't want to leave. Mornings start at the coffee bar: Nespresso, Keurig, drip, and pour over, all with the fixings. Slide open the big glass doors to the front porch, coffee in hand, and watch for deer and wild turkey in the yard. BEDROOMS Primary: King bed, ceiling fan, dresser, 32" TV, USB bedside tables Secondary: King bed, warm wood paneling, USB bedside tables Bedroom 3: Queen bed, private walk-out balcony, ceiling fan, electric fireplace Bedroom 4: Two twin beds, private walk-out balcony, ceiling fan, electric fireplace, kid-friendly beanbag chair Note: The two upper bedrooms do not have central HVAC. THE AREA Seven Pines is centrally located between Charlevoix and Elk Rapids, two of the best small towns in Northern Michigan. Torch Lake is a five-minute drive. Short's Brewing Company in downtown Bellaire is a 20-minute ride and worth every minute. Within a short drive you'll find wineries, orchards, farm markets, and trails. Grass River Natural Area has beautiful boardwalk hikes out to the river. In winter, Shanty Creek and Schuss Mountain are close for skiing and snowboarding. In summer, the Torch Lake sandbar is the main event.
